Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or let us know if you would like it in an alternate way.

After approval, it will take 2 to 7 days to process the refund.​

Shipping

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final charges at checkout once you provide the shipping address.

Domestic Shipping
  • We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you.

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

  • Orders are shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company/postal norms. OneWish is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier/postal authorities. Our responsibility is to hand over the consignment to them within the committed time.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Delivery confirmation will also be sent to your registered email ID.

Courier Partners & Tracking
  • All orders placed on the OneWish website are dispatched through reputed partners such as Delhivery, Borzo (local deliveries), Shiprocket, and Pickrr.

  • Tracking details and carrier information will be shared once your order ships.

  • As soon as your package ships, the tracking information will be sent to you.

 
Delivery Guidelines
  • Courier partners deliver Monday through Saturday, between 10 am to 7 pm.

  • Standard shipping rates begin from ₹150 to ₹400, depending on volumetric weight.

  • If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please provide an alternate address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Ensure that you are reachable at the contact number provided during checkout.

  • If you are sending a gift, kindly inform the recipient in advance to expect the package. If refused, we will be unable to redeliver the gift.
